Black Widow Snack Cake

18 1/2 oz Low-fat devil's food cake mix
Cooking spray
4 c Powdered sugar; sifted
5 T To 7 t skim milk
1 c Powdered sugar; sifted
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa
1 T Skim milk
Garnish: plastic spider

Using 3 egg whites, prepare mix as directed. Pour into two 8-inch square foil pans coated with cooking spray; bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until a pick comes out clean. Cook on rack.

Combine four cups powdered sugar with 5 to 7 tablespoons milk; spread a thin layer over each cake. Combine a cup of powdered sugar, cocoa, and two tablespoons milk in a small ziplock back.

Close and snip a tiny hole in bottom corner of bag; pipe concentric circles onto each cake.

Pipe straight lines at intervals from the inner circle through the outside circle, forming a web. Garnish with washed spider.
