Ghostly Dessert Cups
3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages JELL-O Chocolate Pudding, instant, (4-serving size)
1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (about 16 ounces)
mini-chips or other small candies for eyes
Pour cold milk into a large bowl; add pudding mixes. Beat with a
wire whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in 3 cups of the Cool Whip and half
of the cookie crumbs. Spoon 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs and 1/2 cup
pudding into 15 individual cups. Top with remaining crumbs. Decorate
with remaining whipped topping dropped by spoonful (the ghosts) and
make eyes with mini chips. Serves 15. |
